Slow Speeds / No Internet (DSL)

Start by locating the modem and verify that everything is plugged in properly. If it is connected, check the lights. Are they red or green?

Slow Speeds (Wireless Broadband)

Unplug the power for about 15-30 seconds. Plug the power supply back in and wait 2-5 minutes for the connection to come back.

No Internet (Fiber)

First, you will want to locate the Cyber Power Unit. Usually, they are placed inside the garage or basement or on the exterior of the house.
