Chris Ayers

Chris is completing his 1st term as a member of the Board of Directors. He has served as a Director, Vice President and Secretary. Chris brings over 20 years of experience in starting, building and growing businesses in a variety of industries. He is passionate about operations and creating sustainable growth. His background in business startups has led him through creating multiple businesses, raising funds for businesses and becoming an investor himself. He enjoys analyzing business performance and adding value where is experience can be used the most.

He’s enjoyed his time serving on the board of TruLeap where he feels he can bring his experience to provide guidance with the rest of the board members in helping TruLeap and the employees create future growth and profitability. He owns multiple businesses and enjoys spending his time with his wife and 4 kids here in Filer as well as traveling the world. When he’s not working, you can typically find him on stage performing in local musical theatre productions.

Clark Kauffman

Clark Kauffman is a down-to-earth leader who's been serving his community for over 25 years. With a decade-long stint as an Idaho State Representative and more than two decades on the Board, he's got the experience and know-how to get things done. When he's not busy helping the community, you'll find Clark rolling up his sleeves and tending to his farm in Filer, Idaho.

At the Kauffman Farm, it's all about hard work and quality produce. From their famous Kauffman sweet corn to their Kauffman Farm Hearty Barley Soup, Clark and his family are all about bringing fresh, local goods to the Magic Valley. With over 40 years of dedication to the community, Clark's vision for the future is clear: keep on serving the community, keep on growing great products, and keep on making Idaho a better place to live.
