Pedro Baptista

Operations Manager

Pedro grew up in the Twin Falls area. From his early teens, he spent his days tinkering and tuning computers to play his favorite video games. His hobby turned into a career in 2005 when he was hired on at Dell Computers. In the trenches, he would troubleshoot and repair up to 25 computers a day. He absorbed a wealth of knowledge over his five years at Dell. Pedro joined the TruLeap team in 2010 and assisted with the start-up of the Business Division in 2015. He is passionate about technology and personal development. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his Harley Forty-Eight Sportster, being humbled on the Jiu Jitsu mats, and spending time researching, mining, and investing in crypto currencies. He currently lives in Twin Falls with his wife Josi and four dogs. During football season, he’s a 49ers faithful and enjoys playing Fantasy Football. His favorite TV shows include Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, and Billions.

Bob Kraut

General Manager

With over 20 years in the telecommunications industry, Bob Kraut is currently the General Manager of TruLeap Technologies located in Filer, Idaho. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations, as TruLeap serves customers in and around the Filer and Twin Falls areas as well Jackpot in Northern Nevada. Bob began his career in Telecommunications as Accounting Manager in Montrose, IL and progressively advanced to his current GM role with TruLeap and SimplicIT. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1992 and his CPA Certification in 2000. His background in telecommunications includes Controller and CFO positions and a stint as the Regulatory Accounting Manager at Hawaiian Telcom in Honolulu, HI. His passion is creating a team environment at work, to allow each member of the team to leverage his/her skillset; and to capture opportunities and achieve growth to create an organization that will stand the test of time. Bob enjoys golfing and finding time to make smoked Tri-Tip and smoked tenderloin on the weekends.  He is also always willing to share his most recent batch of “Cowboy Candy” with anyone brave enough to try it.

Nick Wilson

Network Engineer

Nick grew up in the Twin Falls area. He's always had a passion for tech. He first started his career doing residential support and quickly moved into supporting enterprise customer's servers and backup solutions. Nick joined the TruLeap team in 2008 and assisted with the start-up of the Business Division in 2015. He is passionate about his work and always pushing to learn more in the rapid-paced world of tech. Over the years, Nick has certified in CompTIA A+, Cisco's CCDP, CCNP: Routing & Switching, and CCNA: Data Center. In his spare time, he enjoys learning new things and spending time with his kid. He is currently working towards a few Microsoft certifications as well as obtaining his CCNP: Service Provider. When Nick isn't flexing his magnificent brain, he can be found spending time with his kid or watching Bob's Burgers, Mr. D, Silicon Valley, or It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

Juan Ruiz

Systems Analyst L2
Juan's favorite meals include tacos, hamburgers, and breakfast in general. He’s a big sports fan of the NBA, NFL, and college sports. He would like to visit Rome and Italy one day. Juan studied at CSI for Network Systems Technician. He also enjoys working on his yard and spending time with his wife.

Jason is a 4th generation Idahoan and life long performer. He’s been a radio dj, a musician, a comedian, a writer, and now, he works for a technology company! He has a million rock and roll stories and would love to tell one or two while he tells you about how the amazing TruLeap Technologies can cure your I.T. headaches for good!

Troy Prigmore

Account Specialist

Troy grew up in San Diego and moved to Idaho to go to school. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Eager to make a name for himself in the marketing world, he began as an intern with the Idaho Falls Chukars which led him to pursing agency ownership. He owned and insurance agency until 2022. Troy has just begun what he hopes to be a long and fruitful career with TruLeap. When Troy isn’t working, you can find him playing softball, golf, or spending time with his little family.

Zachary Calderon

Service Lead - IT

Originally from San Diego, Zachary spent most of his years there before moving to Twin Falls Idaho. Zachary always had a passion for technology and was curious on how technology would further integrate itself with our daily lives. He soon began assisting family and friends with various tech problems and was the “go to” guy for fixing anything tech related. Zachary then joined the Truleap team in spring of 2022 as a Tier 1 tech for the ISP service desk. In his spare time Zachary loves spending time with his family and friends doing various activities such as playing video games or spending time outside fishing. He also loves short walks to the fridge, drinking pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.

Cody Staup

Service Desk Analyst L1
Cody started learning technology in his teens while building gaming computers. He started pursuing a career in law enforcement first as an explorer for his local sheriffs office, then as a correctional officer, before enlisting in the United States Air Force in 2016. He spent six years in active duty where he reached the rank of Staff Sergeant, before transitioning to the Oregon Air National Guard for an additional two years. During his time in the military his main job was a Munitions Systems Technician, but he also volunteered as a Military Conservation Agent and Security Forces Augmentee. He separated completely from the military in 2024. After leaving the military Cody began working on his bachelors degree in cybersecurity with Western Governors University. Cody moved to Buhl in 2024 and joined the TruLeap team to begin his career in computer technology. In his spare time he enjoys playing his favorite video games, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife Heather and three sons. He is an avid fan of the University of Oregon football team. His favorite games include Destiny 2, Diablo 4, and Escape From Tarkov.

Jason Hompland

Systems Analyst L2

Jason grew up in the Jerome area, and in his high school years took A+ and Network+ courses offered through the school district. At that time Jason used this knowledge to build custom computers and play video games over dial up internet and setting up for LAN parties. Shortly after graduation Dell Computers came to Twin Falls where he was hired on. In 2004 Jason was then hired at Cactus Petes, most recently joined the TruLeap team September of 2023, in his spare time Jason enjoys the outdoors and making custom knives.

Scott Kay

Service Desk Analyst L1
Scott is from Eastern Idaho. He has worked in logistics, business management, and banking. Studying cybersecurity for the past two years at Boise State University he was privileged to join the Truleap team the end of 2023. The Summer of 2025 he will graduate with his Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Operations and Resilience. When he is not working, he appreciates spending time with his wife and dog. He is an avid firearms enthusiast. He also plays video games and spends time in the mountains at his family cabin.

Jesse started with studies in mechanical engineering and diesel mechanics, although my interests have shifted since then. Throughout my career, I’ve found my niche in engineering and project management, always diving into technical challenges with enthusiasm. I thrive on the details and enjoy overseeing projects from start to finish. Off the clock, I love tinkering with tools like my laser cutter, 3D printer, and vinyl cutter—they help me turn ideas into reality! Based in Hagerman, ID, I’m fortunate to pursue both professional growth and personal creativity in a place I call home.
