Disclosures and Disclaimers
Defective Equipment: The responsibility for the safekeeping of network equipment lies with you. TruLeap Technologies is not liable for replacing equipment that has been destroyed or damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect. If TruLeap Technologies determines the equipment to be defective, TruLeap will either repair or replace it. Please note that there is a limit of one equipment replacement per calendar year.
Cancellation: Wi-Fi Services Agreement is entered into effect as of the date of installation of the leased equipment. Customer and TruLeap desire to enter into this Agreement for the lease of equipment, in exchange for monthly lease payments, upon the terms and conditions set forth in the body of the Agreement. TruLeap will provide Customer a router. TruLeap shall maintain, repair or replace the router, at TruLeap’s cost if found to be defective due to factory defects. Any maintenance, repair, or replacement for damage caused by Customer shall be charged to Customer. The router shall become the property of Customer upon termination of this Agreement. By execution hereof, Customer agrees to the TruLeap terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement. If a customer cancels prior to the end of the term, the Early Termination fee shall be in the amount of $20 multiplied by the number of months remaining in the term.
