Our staff is on-call 24/7/365 to monitor your service and be available for outages even during weekends and holidays. However, sometimes we’re not aware of outages in smaller, localized areas. The fastest way to get your service restored is to call and report it directly to us. We will post updates on our phone system and our Facebook page as soon as possible during an outage event.
