Annual Meeting Cancelled

All,

We, as management and the Board, are committed to providing our employees with a healthy and safe place to work.  We have decided to postpone the Annual Meeting until such time as we have a better understanding of the spread of the virus and can better determine the risk associated with the coronavirus. 

We are also putting together a plan in the event that we need to take further action if the virus shows up here. 

As with anything, knowing the facts are the key to understanding the risk.  Below are a couple of links that will allow you to be informed about COVID-19:

Please make sure you follow the basics:

  • Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly.  
  • If soap and running water are not immediately available, use the hand sanitizer that is available throughout the building.   
  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes.
